Founder and Managing Director
Xin Li found Horizon Property Holdings Pty Ltd in 2009 as part of the vision to expand his property development business into the Australian market from Shanghai, China. His first property development company, Shanghai Aifa Real Estate Development Co was established in 1993 and was nominated in the Top 30 Excellence in Property National Awards in China. He has developed more than 10,000 dwellings. The company is now working on a major community development project in Nantong, Jiangsuthat yields more than two million m2 in floor areas. Xin’s experience and business acumen is the essence of leadership and drives Horizon’s focus on property investment and development.

Mingfei joined Horizon Property Holdings in 2009 as the executive director overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations. His passionate belief in innovative design and construction is the driving force to future proof of Horizon Property Holdings project development. Such belief fundamentally leads Mingfei to establish Wuxi Isbo Coatings Co Ltd, an environmental friendly architectural coatings manufacturing company.
Mingfei is the proprietor of a building material trading company, Shanghai Fujia Co Ltd, in Shanghai.
With more than twenty years’ experience in design and architectural project management of major projects as design architect and interior designer, Jason proves invaluable guiding the product design briefing creation and assure the quality of end product. His knowledge in design process and regulation underpins the company to realise the mission to create future-proof design in order to maximise investment for our clients.
Jason is the Managing Director of PCAL Design Consultant Pty Ltd, Director and Vice President of Shanghai Classic Design Pty Ltd in Shanghai, China. He is a member of ICSC & AIE.

Ron Li is a well-known Shanghai commercial sculptor. Ron’s firm, Juguan Art and Design Engineering Co Ltd, established in 1994 specializes in art sculpture, landscape artistry, building decoration and interior design. The firm currently is successfully contracted to the making of Shanghai Disneyland theme park project.
Ron incorporated AuroraProperty Development Pty Ltd in Australia in 2009 of which invested in Horizon Property Holdings and subsequently being appointed as the company director.
Doris Choi has 25 years of industry experience with architectural design, project, construction and property development management expertise. Doris has been with the company since the inception in 2009 as project and construction manager of company’s shopping centre project. Her role expands to include business, property asset and property development management including sourcing and due diligence of new property development site after the completion of construction of Horizon @ Wellington Point shopping Centre and the commencement of trading in December 2010.
